Whether you’re using traditional advertising tools like radio, TV and billboards or unlocking the power of the internet to use social media and ecommerce apps, marketers have a simple task: generate interest in certain products and services.

Every company or organization is always looking to keep or add to its share of the marketplace, and that’s what’s driving the projected 8 percent growth in the field by 2028. Marketers make $119K per year on average in the DC metro area. Entry level jobs require a bachelor’s degree. And there are 718 job openings annually in the DC metro area.
